Climate Smart Chefs
Life Climate Smart Chefs is a European project receiving funding from the LIFE Programme of the European Union. It aims to contribute to the development and implementation of the EU Climate Policy and the Farm to Fork (F2F) Strategy by actively involving European chefs as promoters of low emission, nutritious and affordable diets, and to promote a mainstream debate on food as a key factor for climate change mitigation.

- CHEFS who participated to our High level course or online course
- NON-PROFIT ORGANISATIONS that lead projects on food and sustainability

Driving change in the EU food systems: how to become a Climate Smart Chef
All chefs and culinary professionals wanting to enter the Climate Smart Chefs Award need to take the initial training in food sustainability. We have put together a simple online course for this purpose, 5 h 30 min of content to prepare you for the Award, all for free, all open-source.
