EVENTO SATELLITE EU CLIMATE PACT<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Il cibo e l’ambiente sono profondamente interconnessi. I sistemi alimentari svolgono un ruolo fondamentale nel raggiungere gli obiettivi ambientali e sociali. Mentre istituzioni e governi affrontano queste sfide, tutti noi siamo chiamati a contribuire. Gli chef sono attori chiave in questo processo.<\/p>\n

<\/strong><\/p>\n

Per questo motivo, negli ultimi tre anni, il progetto LIFE Climate Smart Chefs \u00e8 stato in prima linea nell’educazione degli chef di tutta Europa, ponendo l’accento sulla fondamentale relazione tra cibo, salute e ambiente.<\/strong> Grazie a questo forte impegno, il progetto ha contribuito alla promozione di scelte alimentari pi\u00f9 sane e sostenibili in Europa.<\/p>\n

La conferenza intende riunire rappresentanti della food community europea (istituzioni, chef, operatori del mondo della ristorazione, educatori, consumatori), con i seguenti obiettivi:<\/p>\n

  • Presentare gli obiettivi e i risultati del progetto<\/strong>;<\/li>\n
  • Favorire il dialogo e lo scambio di conoscenze<\/strong> fra chef e altri stakeholder circa le sfide e le opportunit\u00e0 presenti e future della ristorazione climaticamente smart;<\/li>\n
  • Celebrare l\u2019eccellenza e premiare quegli chef e organizzazioni<\/strong> che hanno dimostrato un forte impegno ed un approccio innovativo nel mettere in pratica la missione del progetto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    L’evento si svolger\u00e0 in lingua inglese<\/strong><\/span>. La partecipazione \u00e8 gratuita e aperta a tutti, previa registrazione. La conferenza sar\u00e0 inoltre trasmessa in diretta sul sito web di CSC per garantire una pi\u00f9 ampia visibilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n
