L’obiettivo del Climate Smart Chefs Award \u00e8 di celebrare e premiare quegli chef e quelle organizzazioni no-profit europee che hanno dimostrato un forte impegno e un approccio innovativo nel promuovere la sostenibilit\u00e0 alimentare nella pratica quotidiana.<\/p>\n

I candidati di ques’anno hanno dimostrato proprio questo. Abbiamo ricevuto 150 candidature in totale<\/strong>: 132 da chef provenienti da 16 diversi paesi europei e 18 da organizzazioni no-profit da 5 differenti paesi UE. In ciascuna delle differenti categorie numerosi candidati avrebbero potuto essere meritevoli vincitori. Alla fine, dopo una lunga selezione, abbiamo individuato i 9 chef e associazioni capaci di dimostrare l’impatto pi\u00f9 sostanziale e duraturo, incoraggiando concretamente le persone e le comunit\u00e0 a cambiare il proprio approccio al cibo.<\/p>\n
