Taste of Europe: Food and Film Festival

Oslo (Norway). Fabio Amadei (Trainer, ALMA) participated to the roundtable on Mediterranean Diet organized within the ‘Taste of Europe: Food and Film Festival’ (Oslo, Norway, 11-22 June 2022), presenting the LIFE CLIMATE SMART CHEFS project. The event is organized by EUNIC, a European network of organisations engaging in cultural relations from all EU Member States, and is supported by the Delegation of the European Union to Norway.

Milan (IT). Andrea Sinigaglia (General Director, ALMA) and Giulio Negri (Barilla Foundation) presented the LIFE CLIMATE SMART CHEFS project, its aim, objectives and first results within ‘Hotel Regeneration – Hybrid Restaurant’, an interactive exhibition designed by Simone Micheli combining food, design and sustainability.
