Winners First Edition 2023-24
Meet the Climate Smart Chefs Award winners
The purpose of the Climate Smart Chefs Award is to celebrate European chefs and non-profit organisations that are demonstrating strong commitment and an innovative approach putting sustainability into everyday practice.
This year’s entries do just that. A total of 150 applications have been received: 132 from chefs from 16 different EU countries and 18 from non-profit organizations from 5 Eu countries. Each category had many entries that could have been deserving winners. In the end, we have selected the 9 chefs and associations that are demonstrating the most concrete and lasting impact, encouraging people and communities to change their approach to food.
